Outfit information and tips are located at the bottom of this post!
First off, happy birthday to my Aunt Chrissy! Please excuse the iPhone pics in this post, I didn't have my camera at the party. Anyhow I decided to go all black and channel my inner Kanye for the nights festivities. This BCBG tunic helps to break down the black because of the slits on either side and the flowy perforated fabric. I love how the holes add a bit of shearness, allowing the crop underneath to be visible (part of the shirt). These Babaton pants are the perfect match to this top! They are dress pants with a slight sheen to it. They are fitted and look amazing with heels. The softmaterial compliments the leather looking top in all the right ways! If you haven't already, invest in a pair of strappy heels for summer events. They are light and easy plus they match with everything. Also, it wouldn't hurt to try out some long tunic tanks like this one! They have many styles that range from casual to dressy. I recently bought a simple sheet white version that is great for everyday use from River Island (great online shop)! I threw is some extra pictures of the city that I thought were too cool not to share.
