I’ve finally gotten around to shuffling through pictures from my trip to Greece! While I took lots of photos of the actual scenery, I didn’t forget to take some lookbook shots along the way. I have to give a shoutout to my best friend, Catherine Fernandez for taking time out of her vacation to help me take these outfit pics! Not everyone would have done that, so find yourself a BFF that can do both.
Anyhow, prior to my trip, I was scouring the internet for perfect pieces to wear in both Mykonos and Santorini and luckily, Revolve Clothing carries the perfect options! For example, this Rails LA dress. Not only was it decently priced, but the look was so effortless and light making it perfect island-wear. The material is slightly shear, so it worked as a coverup going to the beach or a little dressed up going to a dinner. The versatility was amazing especially when you can’t pack everything you own on trips like these! Overall, I love everything about this dress from the simple white stripes to the cinched waist. I highly recommend this number for your summer wardrobe!
It has been a while since purchasing new sandals, so I knew I needed to get a quality pair before this trip. Eventually, I came across these nude colored Joie ‘Nice’ sandals. They definitely did the trick! While they weren’t ideal for long walks, they were perfect for normal excursions and held my foot in place. Not to mention, they are a minimalists dream and super chic!
I tied the whole look together with warm colored accessories such as the straw J. Crew bag and gold rimmed Ray-Ban sunglasses. This necklace was a gift given to me for graduating college, but you can get a similar piece from Livewell Design, the brand that made this one. They make extremely high quality pieces that are worth the pretty penny! Keep them in mind if you ever need to find a gift for something special or just want to splurge on yourself!
Some of you may want to know more about the Greece trip itself, so once I’ve posted all of the lookbook posts, I will do a composite Greece diary featuring all of the looks and places we went in one post! Keep an eye out and let me know your thoughts in the comments!
