Cowl Neck Cami + Gold Details

Claudia Di Capua

Top: RevolveJeans: Levi'sBag: Shiraleah (similar here) / Heels: Public DesireLong Crescent Necklace: H&MChoker: Anarchy StreetSunglasses: Urban Outfitters

Trying out a new hairstyle and a new color in today’s lookbook post! I never liked myself with a middle part, but for some reason I really like it slicked back and in a low bun. Thoughts? Let’s move on to this metallic Line & Dot top that I found via Revolve. I actually got this tank for New Years festivities, but never ended up wearing it. I am now putting it to use! This top looks great dressed up with heels or sneakers. I love the juxtaposition of wearing more “luxe” items with casual pieces. Not only is it more comfortable, but it also helps you to get the most out of what you are buying. I love the low back and cowl neck that this top features. The straps are adjustable in the back by shortening or extending the knots in the back.

I paired this top with a great pair of Levi’s cropped/high waisted jeans. I would wear this combo with sneakers as well! The studded detail on the crossbody bag complements the metallic caramel color of the shirt. I definitely stepped out of my comfort zone with this look, but I’m kind of loving it!

Next, let’s talk jewelry! I love crescent or horn shaped necklaces, which is why I was so happy to find the longer H&M version to match my Anarchy street choker. Side note: use code CDICAPUA_20 for 20% off Anarchy Street jewelry. These gold layers helped to complete this look. Believe it or not, I’ve never had tortoise shell sunglasses, so I was happy to test out this style with this Urban Outfitters pair. Let me know your thoughts on this look in the comments!

Oversized Knits + White Denim Overalls

Claudia Di Capua

Sweater: Zara (also here and here) / Overalls: Topshop (similar herehere and here) / Boots: Asos (similar here and here)

The Look

Getting back into overalls for the first day of spring! You may remember these overalls from my trip to Paris, but they have been such a staple in my closet that I still use them all the time. they look perfect layered with everything from a sleeveless tank top to a chunky knit like the one in this post. I found this oversized sweater a Zara and have found it to be extremely useful recently. I wore it to New York Fashion Week and it has proven to be versatile ever since!

I love the sporty "cool girl" vibe that these layers give off. It is as purposeful as it is effortless. Having the sweater spill out the sides of the overalls adds my favorite street element to the look. I got lucky finding these boots because they sold out so quickly! Don't worry, I linked a couple of other similar versions include these exact ones in gold. I love studded leather and these boots are a sleek way of combining the two!

Mock Neck + Levi's Wedgie Fit

Claudia Di Capua

Sweater: MadewellJacket: Gimo's (similar herehere) / Jeans: Levi's (Also here & here) / Belt: Urban OutfittersBackpack: Barney'sSneakers: Adidas (also here) / Sunglasses: Dior

The Look

I went with shades of grey for this look, as you can see! This sweater is on of the softest I've ever had. Madewell has been a one stop shop for me lately when I'm trying to find a cool and comfortable sweater. With the random warmer weather hitting my area, it seems like I am approaching the last of my sweater days pretty quickly, so I am trying to get a few wears out of my favorite pieces! The mock neck style is definitely a go-to style for me.

I love the Levi's Wedgie Fit Icon Jean because they are a combo of cropped, high waisted and boyfriend jeans. I have them in two colors! The waist high looks great with statement belts like this wester inspired Urban Outfitters one. The best part is this belt looks like a B-low the belt version, but you get it for under $30! It has been super useful since I got it.

The Barney's backpack has been a staple in my closet and works perfectly when you are going for a sporty look like I was. This was complemented by my light leather jacket and Adidas sneakers. Shop all of my look in this post and comment your thoughts below!
