The Look:

I put this look together for my collaboration event with Hooch app, which is an app that allows subscribers to get one free drink every night for $9.99/month at any of the bars or restaurants that they've partnered with around NYC! The event was at the Monarch Rooftop Lounge in midtown, so I wanted to get a little dressy for this occasion! This ensemble was inspired a lot by the Finders Keepers/Keepsake style of clothing. Very flowy and simple. Because it was an evening event, I went in the color of night, all black! I got this Tobi top for a great price and I love the breeziness of it. The top is great because you can wear it in all seasons. In colder weather put a nice blazer or jacket on top. I jumped in on the culotte craze! I love this Aritzia pair because they sit nicely on the waist as they are high waisted. Also, the length is ideal because they can too be worn thought all the seasons. Shorter versions make this difficult. What is really great about these culottes is that they aren't overwhelmingly wide, which makes them look more refined and chic. I went with only one piece of jewelry, my Mirina necklace. Because it was such a statement, I decided to pull my hair back to open up my neckline. I'm starting to nail my smokey eye! I love a darker shade for night events. I paired my E.L.F eye shadow with my favorite nude Marc Jacobs lipstick. The neutral lips also helped for my eyes to stand out. Lace up shoes are all the talk these days. Trying to remain minimal I went for a simple ankle wrapped pair of Steve Maddens!

If I Was To Do It Differently:

Had I changed this look slightly I would wear a lace self-portrait top tucked in. I would also add a clutch. Hover over and click any picture to find out where to buy it!
