The Look:

Street style surprise! Just kidding, but let it be known that I'm a huge fan of the street style look. This is quite obvious in my recent slew of posts. I love how in this look, the skirt is fitted and mini compared to the oversized mens sweatshirt. In all honesty, I wore an NYC sweatshirt because of the irony that it's a "touristy" thing to do. But whatever it's trendy. Also, it doesn't say I love, so I think I'm good. This sweatshirt is so comfortable and really works with the street style vibe I was going for. I got it for a great price at H&M, so click the link above to get one for yourself! You can never go wrong with having a black mini-skirt in your wardrobe. It is one of the most helpful items to have! You can wear it casually with sneakers and a white T, or dress it up with a pair of heels and blouse. Either way, it is super chic and edgy in all the right ways! I kept this look sporty by throwing on my favorite backpack and adding an inverted braid. I love braids when going for a street style look, so I incorporated it mine and made it my own. Always rocking my JQ Vancouver jewelry and you should too! If I Was To Do It Differently:

I would go even MORE casual and wear a white T and a pair of sneakers.
