From 1-4 - Ultra repair cream, Mario Bacescu rose water spray, ultra repair hydrating serum, First Aid starter set.

Before we even start considering different makeup, we first need to take care of our skin! These are a few of my favorite moisturizing products, mostly from First Aid. I like to spray on the rose water and then apply some of the hydrating serum so that I can blend in both at the same time. Throughout the day the rose water is great to use as a light moisturizer just to keep you fresh!

From 1-8 - Fresh eye gel cream, Too Faced better than sex mascara, Too Faced shadow insurance eye shadow primer, Naked 2 smokey eye kit, Benefit cream eye shadow in birthday suit, Benefit cream eye shadow in skinny jeans, Origins under eye cream, Benefit brow gel.

It's all about the eyes when getting all dolled up! I use the eye creams before I go to bed to reduce under eye circles and puffiness the next day. I seriously have never seen a mascara that works as well as this one. It helps to make your lashes look longer and fuller! I only use shadow primer when I use a powder eye shadow to keep it from falling off, but if I use either of the Benefit cream shadows (which are amazing), I can use it as a liner above my lashes or to create a smokey eye. This brow gel is almost like mascara for your brows. I know that sounds weird, but it works really well for me because it gives them some depth, but not to much. Not going to surpass the Delevigne level!

From 1-5 - Nars blush in orgasm, Nars blush and highlighter in Albatrass, Nars creamy concealer, Maybelline bronzer/highlighter in Nude, e.l.f. brush set.

I don't go to crazy with the face because I usually like the eyes and lips to be the focus, but I have really taken a a liking to Nars products. They go on smooth and blend really nicely. The whiter Albatrass color is great to use on your brow bone in addition to your face because it gives off a little sheen. Everyone always asks me if I use a contour kit, but I truly don't! Honestly, this Maybelline bronzer that I found at Target does the trick. I brush some over my cheek bones, on my chin, forehead and a bit down my nose for this effect.

Lips:

From 1-7 - Carmex chapstick, Fresh lip sugar scrub, Buxom sultry mauve lipstick, Butter London black cherry lipstick, Marc Jacobs anais lipstick, NYX Lip pencil lipstick in red, Nars lip pencil in bahama

Throughout regular days, I am always applying Carmex to make sure that this cold weather doesn't dry them out! I also like to put on a lot before I go to sleep so that it absorbs over night! If I ever have stubborn dry pieces (which are very visible when I have lipstick on), I use the sugar scrub from Fresh. Think of it as an exfoliator for your lips that works to remove the dead skin. Depending on what look I'm going for I use a darker or nude lip color. The Marc Jacobs in Anais is my favorite because if you have a good smokey eye going, the nude lip looks really chic. For darker shades, I prefer colors more on the purply/maroon side, so I love the Butter London and Buxom shades shown above! The bright red by NYX is really for very specific looks because it is truly an eye catcher

L'Reve Pearl Facial Peel and Moisturizer

Claudia Di Capua

L'Reve is a Luxury Skincare brand combining some of the most sought after jewels with different skincare treatments. For this post, I will be reviewing the Pearl Facial Peel and Moisturizer. I will say that both were very easy to use and really did softened my skin. Many of L'Reve's other products (that I will later be reviewing) include materials such as gold and diamonds, which explains the higher cost of the products. Keep reading to find out how I scored about 8 items that would have normally totaled to about $2000 for just over $100!

Facial Peel:

The purpose of this peel is to remove any and all of the dead skin cells that are on the surface of your face. At first, I wasn't sure if it was going to work because the peel didn't kick in until I rubbed it in a bit. Sure enough, after circling the gel like peel onto my face, I could feel the little beads of dead skin sloughing off and piling up on the surface of my face! It was honestly so satisfying because it felt like I was purging my skin!

How To Apply:

1. After cleaning and drying your skin, apply the peel moving your fingertips in a circular motion around the surface of your face.

2. After enough dead skin has been released, rinse your face with warm water.

Moisturizer:

This luxury moisturizer was the finishing touch to this routine. My face was so soft after using both products! I found that my skin was soft for more than just the immediate period of time because i still felt smooth the next day. Moisturizing is the best thing you can do to replenish your skin after taking off that dirty dead skin! You help to heal and repair the new skin that becomes exposed.

How To Apply:

1. Place on desired amount.

2. Rub the moisturizer in in a circular motion until your skin has absorbed it fully.

I was lucky enough to have found this product on Haute Look. Normally, L'Reve products can range from $70 all the way to $1,000. I was able to score about 8 items for a little over $100! I encourage everyone to sign up with Haute Look because I have found so many deals on brands that I actually love!

Overall, I loved how this product worked on my skin. I know that normally these products cost a bit more, but I definitely think that they work! My skin is still extremely soft a few days after, so I will likely continue this regimen once a week and moisturize daily with my normal moisturizer.
