Top 5 Beach Necessities

Claudia Di Capua

With the weekend coming up (and Father's Day) every weekend warrior is making a treck to a beach. Check out my top 5 favorite things to have in my bag when relaxing on the beach! Some trendy and some old favorites, but they are definitely a must!

Round Towel

Such a fun twist on the towel that everyone takes to the beach with them! Share it with a friend, use it as a blanket, the list is endless.

This version is a bit pricier, but there are plenty of options that won't break the bank!

Mini (LOUD) Speakers

Obviously, music is a must. I have these speakers and they are amazing! They may be small, but they pack a punch and get louder than you'd think. It's wireless and doesn't always need to be charging.

Mineral Sunscreen

Mineral sunscreen is my personal preference because I think it is better for your skin. It reduces breakouts and doesn't use ingredients that aren't FDA approved. This is especially important to me when using it on my face.

Many of your favorite brands are coming out with this more natural option, so pick one up at your local drugstore!

Extra Phone Charger

We've all bee there. Your beach day isn't quite over, but your phone is saying otherwise. A friend of mine told me about this awesome case that charges your phone up to 200%!

The phone has a built in battery that is diminished before it starts to use your actual phone battery.

This sounds like more of an everyday necessity, not even just the beach!

Baseball Hat

Personally, I don't like having too much sun in my face because it's uncomfortable and because of the damage it can do. I ALWAYS throw in a hat to shield my face when laying out. Hey, it's trendy now, right?!

Need I say more? This has become my beverage of choice when cocktails are an option. It's light and easy to transfer.

Nothing better than Rosè all day! Since you are going to the beach, this doesn't have to be the creme de la creme of wines, so don't spend a fortune on something that might end up warm by the end of the day!
